Ed came highly recommended by SEVERAL friends, and its pretty easy to see why. I will never buy or sell a house without Ed in our corner. At one point, I was telling my father about everything Ed has done for us, and he commented: “Don’t forget, real estate agents are not on your team” After I sent him a few email chains with Ed, my dad said “Ok, well, except this one.” If Ed can impress my father, he can impress anyone! Ed is a fantastic negotiator, a GREAT guy, and I would wholeheartedly endorse and recommend him. Even at close, we sat at the title company, signing docs, and the lawyer commented that agents basically never come to the title signing… “except Ed, of course” she said.
