The fact that Ed is so experienced and has such a wonderful and knowledgeable team that worked well together made this process so much easier. He communicated with me each step of the way. I was comfortable with the asking price he suggested listing my home at as it showed his knowledge of the area. My home sold within 2 weeks which I attribute to him knowing the market.
